Cancellation & Refunds

This policy explains how to cancel your KiloIQ membership and how refunds are handled.

Your free trial

Where a free trial is offered, you won't be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed. If you don't cancel, your membership begins automatically at the end of the trial.

How to cancel

Because subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you cancel through your store account:

• —Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KiloIQ → Cancel.
• —Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KiloIQ → Cancel.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds

Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refund requests are handled under their policies. Apple and Google decide refunds at their discretion. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
