Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KiloIQ app, website and membership ("KiloIQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using KiloIQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

KiloIQ is a digital wellness product that provides AI-guided coaching for movement, nutrition and mindfulness, together with a weekly Q Score. KiloIQ is a wellness and lifestyle service. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — please see our Health & AI Disclaimer.

2. Your account

• —You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to hold a membership.
• —You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• —You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

3. Membership, trials and billing

KiloIQ is offered on a subscription basis, with an introductory free trial where stated. When you subscribe through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. See our Cancellation & Refunds policy for details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse KiloIQ — including no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, and no sharing of your account. Any members' community is governed by its own community guidelines.

5. Intellectual property

KiloIQ, its content, coaches (Atlas, Bea and Luna), branding and software are owned by us or our licensors. Your plans and personal content remain yours; you grant us the limited right to process them to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

KiloIQ is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. KiloIQ does not replace professional medical, nutritional or fitness advice.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the service from time to time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using KiloIQ at any time.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert governing jurisdiction].
